The Seetru Organisation consists of Seetru Limited and Leser UK Limited, this policy applies
to the whole of the Seetru Organisation.

COMMITMENT

The Seetru Organisation are committed to conduct of our business responsibly so that we protect our employees and people in our supply chain.

The Seetru Organisation acknowledges our on-going responsibilities in relation to tackling modern slavery and we commit to complying with the provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which we consider to encompass the following:
  • human trafficking;
  • forced work, through mental or physical threat;
  • being owned or controlled by an employer through mental or physical abuse or the threat of
    abuse;
  • being dehumanised, treated as a commodity or being bought or sold as property;
  • being physically constrained or to have restriction placed on freedom of movement;
in relation both to our Organisation’s internal practices in relation to our own labour force and, additionally, to those of our supply chains’.

None of our own labour in the pursuance of the provision of our own products or services is obtained by means of slavery or human trafficking.

The Seetru Organisation do not enter into business with any other organisation, in the United Kingdom or abroad, which knowingly or unknowingly supports or is found to involve
themselves in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

The Organisation strictly adheres to the standards required in relation to our responsibilities
under relevant employment legislation.

POTENTIAL EXPOSURE

In general, the Seetru Organisation considers our exposure to slavery / human trafficking to be limited. Nonetheless, we look to ensure that such practices do not take place in our business nor in the business of any organisation that supplies goods and / or services to us.

IMPLEMENTATION

The Seetru Organisation have not, to our knowledge, conducted any business with another organisation which has been found to have involved themselves with modern slavery. All partner organisations, i.e. suppliers and distributors, are required to sign-up to our Code of Conduct in this regard. Any report or suspicion of a breach of this policy internally or by any of the organisations with whom we work is to be reported directly to the Board.

This policy is promulgated through our line management chain.

This statement is made in pursuance of Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2010 and
will be reviewed for each financial year
